Positive Thoughts!

Are you stressed out? Is everything going bad for you? Do you think you carry negative energy?

Don't worry. Let us start with a simple tool! Yes, it is very simple, but powerful! I did not invent it or discover it. It was done by many scholars and doctors in the field of psychiatry. Try, without trying nothing will happen in this world!

Without trying, Edison would not have invented the bulb! Without trying, Wright Brothers would not have invented flying machines! So, try this, and most importantly, believe that this will work! Edison and Wright Brothers not only tried, but they believed that their attempt would bring success. So, please try and believe that this will give you what you want!

1. Take a note book - medium size, ruled, with about 80-100 pages;
2. Sit in a calm, neat and most importantly the place you like;
3. For a minute, close your eyes, do a deep inhale and exhale; do it few times;
4. Open your eyes, see something you like in the place you sit; you should have something you like because you are sitting in a place you like; it may be your dress, your pen, the note book you have, the painting in your room, anything you like, look at it;
5. Close your eyes as gently as possible, for 5-10 minutes, go to your childhood days and recollect all the positive things that has happened in your life; in other words, the days you were happy and why you were happy;
6. The reason for happiness could be as silly as you got a chocolate, you got a pen, you were allowed to watch TV, you won a race in your school in the 2nd grade, be it anything, just bring it to your mind. The only rule is either it should be positive or something that made you happy;
7. Write them one by one in the note book; do not categorize them as silly or stupid. Just write them.
8. Write as much as possible, say for 15 minutes whatever you can write, just write it;
9. Close the book, close the eyes for a minute, do a deep inhale and exhale;
10. Do you other work;
11. Repeat this process for 2 weeks; You can write the same thing again and again or you may write new things as you encounter.

Sure that you writing and thinking of positive and happy happenings in your life will send positive vibrations to your mind and brain and will active the related nerves.

Keep this as a monthly activity once you are thorough with this process and get benefited from it!

This is one of the methods to get out of stress, negative energy and becoming positive!
